Job summary

The Freeman Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead the enterprise's planning, forecasting, budgeting and performance management. You will partner with Executive Leadership to shape strategic financial priorities and drive long-term value.

This hybrid role based in Dallas, TX requires 10–15 years in finance, with 7–10 years leading FP&A teams, strong GAAP expertise, and advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills. MBA/CPA/CMA a plus.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required.
10–15 years in finance with 7–10 years leading FP&A teams.
Strong analytical and Excel/PowerPoint skills; experience with SAP/Hyperion.
MBA/CPA/CMA is a plus.

Responsibilities

Recruit, develop and lead a high-performing FP&A team.
Lead enterprise budgeting, forecasting and performance management.
Provide strategic financial analysis and advisory to CFO and executives.
Coordinate board and lender reporting and executive communications.
Develop financial modeling and scenario analysis for strategic initiatives.
Support cash flow planning and liquidity forecasting.
