Qualifications

• 10-15 years of finance experience with 5+ years leading FP&A teams.
• Experience in Financial Services/insurance preferred.
• Strong command of ERP/financial systems and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual and strategic planning, ensuring accurate forecasts and variance analysis.
• Oversee month/quarter/year-end reviews with executives.
• Drive system transformations from Anaplan to Workday Adaptive.
• Automate planning processes to reduce cycle times and improve quality.
• Provide actionable insights through data visualization and reporting to executives.
