Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally in a global matrix structure.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and complex transactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Complex Accounting team, setting priorities and directing resources.
• Develop and execute complex accounting strategies ensuring US GAAP compliance.
• Serve as a senior SME on leases, revenue recognition, intangible assets, and stock compensation.
• Partner with Finance leadership to resolve complex accounting issues and assess transactions.
• Oversee month-end and quarter-end close activities, including journal entries and SEC reporting.
• Drive process, system, and organizational improvements and centralization efforts.
