Job summary

PRG is seeking a highly analytical Financial Analyst to join our lean FP&A team. You will perform financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and cross-functional support to drive business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong finance foundation, 2–5 years FP&A experience, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with Power BI and Salesforce. Hybrid work from our Van Nuys office is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; graduate degree preferred.
• 2-5 years of relevant FP&A or analytical experience.
• Advanced Excel skills including financial modeling and data analysis.
• Experience with Power BI and Salesforce.
• Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a lean team environment.

Responsibilities

• Financial accuracy and month-end close; collaborate with Accounting and Project Management.
• Perform ad hoc financial analyses to support management requests.
• Prepare monthly management reporting packages and executive presentations.
• Maintain Salesforce pipeline data to support revenue forecasting and reporting.
• Analyze actuals vs budgets/forecasts to identify drivers and risks.
• Support budgeting and forecast processes with financial modeling.
• Partner with Sales, Project Management, and Operations to provide timely insights.
