Job summary

Our client, a Falls Church, VA-based high-growth technology company, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to lead FP&A, forecasting and performance analysis. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations and leadership to translate data into actionable growth insights.

The role requires 3–5 years of analytical experience, advanced Excel and modeling skills, and CRM/BI/financial planning tool experience in a fast-paced setting. Hybrid in-office three days per week in the DC area.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of analytical experience in finance or FP&A.
• Advanced Excel/modeling skills required.
• Experience with CRM, BI and planning tools in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Own high-impact financial analysis, strategic planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Ops and senior leaders.
• Analyze ARR, revenue, pipeline, SaaS metrics, GTM efficiency and unit economics.
• Turn data into actionable insights to influence growth decisions.
