Job summary

Brightspeed is seeking a Financial Analyst, Management Reporting in Charlotte to support internal and external financial reporting, month-end close, and performance analysis. You will partner with cross-functional leaders to provide actionable insights and maintain robust financial models for strategic decisions.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Finance, Sales & Marketing, Operations, and IT to ensure forecast accuracy and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration is required.
• 3+ years in corporate finance, accounting, FP&A, or similar analytical finance role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and distribute recurring financial reports and KPIs.
• Analyze financial and operational results to identify trends and risks.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Operations, IT and other functions to understand forecasts.
• Support month-end close and variance analysis with management commentary.
• Maintain and improve financial reporting systems for data accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist with ad hoc analyses and executive presentations.
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and automation.
