GreenSky LLC, headquartered in Atlanta, seeks an FP&A Analyst to deliver financial insight for budgeting, forecasting, and performance measurement. You will work with senior finance leadership and cross-functional teams to understand loan-level economics and profitability drivers in a fintech setting.

This early-career role emphasizes analytical rigor, clear communication, and growth toward senior analyst responsibilities. Hybrid work includes 3 days in Sandy Springs, GA and 2 days remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 1-3 years of financial analysis, planning, or similar roles.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with financial modeling and data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented, proactive and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
• Monitor key metrics and surface actionable insights to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes with Accounting.
