Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of FP&A experience, a finance-related degree, and strong modeling and Excel skills. The role offers exposure to pricing, rebates, and cross-functional collaboration with business leaders.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of FP&A/Financial Analyst experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field.
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes by partnering with business stakeholders to gather inputs and evaluate performance drivers.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, planning, and business analysis.
• Analyze financial and operational metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Perform variance analysis and communicate results with actionable recommendations.
• Support monthly financial reporting and management reporting activities.
• Translate complex financial information into meaningful business insights for non-financial stakeholders.
• Manage reporting related to rebates, discounts, and pricing programs.
• Validate pricing information and maintain key financial variables within reporting systems.
• Partner with suppliers, operational teams, and finance stakeholders to resolve pricing discrepancies.
• Complete ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.
