GreenSky Administrative Services in Atlanta, GA is seeking an FP&A Analyst to deliver financial insight and support budgeting, forecasting, and performance measurement. You will work closely with Accounting, Analytics, Pricing and Sales, developing a strong command of consumer lending economics within a fintech environment.

The role offers hybrid work with 3 days in-office in Sandy Springs and 2 days remote, reporting to the VP of FP&A.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant FP&A or financial analysis experience.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with financial modeling and data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
• Monitor key financial metrics and surface actionable insights to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Prepare presentations and reports for senior leadership and other stakeholders.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes with Accounting, Budgeting, forecasting, and modeling.
• Assist budgeting and forecasting processes, including variance analysis and scenario modeling.
• Build and maintain financial models supporting new initiatives, product launches, and strategic planning.
