Job summary

GreenSky LLC, headquartered in Atlanta, is seeking a Senior Analyst, FP&A to own forecasting, reporting, and strategic analysis for a fast-paced fintech lending platform. You will partner with senior leaders to translate loan-level economics into actionable plans and drive profitability.

The role requires advanced modeling, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to mentor junior analysts in a regulated fintech environment. Hybrid in Atlanta with significant interaction across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 5–8 years FP&A, corporate finance, or similar analytical role with forecasting ownership.
• Direct experience in consumer lending, POS/financing fintech, or related fields.
• Advanced financial modeling with scenario/sensitivity analysis.
• Excel and PowerPoint at advanced level; SQL for data extraction.
• Proven ability mentoring analysts and presenting to senior leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to work autonomously in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting to senior leadership with clear narrative and tie-out to Accounting.
• Lead variance analysis against budget/forecast; surface actionable profitability improvements.
• Prepare presentations/analyses for executive leadership and Board audiences.
• Review junior analysts' work; mentor and supervise as needed.
• Partner with Accounting on month-end/year-end close and complex reconciliations.
• Own budgeting/forecasting for one or more business lines with scenario modeling.
• Lead loan-level and vintage performance analyses and translate findings into forecast assumptions.
• Evaluate funding costs and capital structure decisions on program profitability.
