Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics or related field.
• 2+ years of finance / accounting or systems experience in post graduate or internship experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including experience working with formulas, large datasets, and financial models.
• Flexibility to work during standard business hours 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial reports to clearly communicate actual results, forecasted performance, and variances to forecast.
• Lead role in the annual budget, quarterly forecast, and long-range planning processes.
• Analyze financial results versus budget, forecast, and prior periods, identifying key drivers and trends.
• Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve reporting accuracy.
• Participate in strategic planning initiatives and special projects.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to support executive decision-making.
• Support implementation and optimization of financial systems and business intelligence solutions.
• Provide financial guidance and support for business initiatives, capital investments, and cost management efforts.
• Other duties as assigned.
