Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking a Financial Analyst in Minneapolis, MN to blend FP&A and accounting responsibilities within a growing consumer products environment. You will own month-end close, reporting, budgeting, and financial submissions while partnering with sales, operations, and leadership.

The role offers visibility, cross-functional collaboration, and the chance to influence profitability through detailed analysis and strategic planning.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 1–3 years of finance, accounting, or FP&A experience.
• Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel; SAP/Power BI experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Own key FP&A activities including month-end close, reporting, forecasting, and financial submissions.
• Support accounting operations through general ledger management, accruals, reconciliations, and financial entries.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support business operations, customer accounts, and special projects.
• Develop and manage annual budgets for SG&A, marketing, and other functional areas.
• Assist with audits, financial controls, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain vendor, contract, and policy documentation while supporting financial process improvements.
