Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; experience in higher education or health professions education.
• Three years of direct staff supervision including hiring and performance management.
• Proven track record leading multi-stakeholder projects from plan to completion.
• Experience guiding units through significant organizational changes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the Foundations course management team across tri-campus operations.
• Set priorities and staffing across campuses to ensure on-time delivery.
• Establish SOPs for course operations, including Canvas setup and grade reporting timelines.
• Lead course management huddles and resolve escalations in consultation with leadership.
• Design staffing models and monitor budgets and resource needs across campuses.
• Oversee curricular change implementation and maintain alignment of objectives and assessments.
