Job summary

The South High Foundation in Minnesota is seeking an Executive Director to lead day-to-day operations, working closely with the Board of Directors and committees to advance the foundation's mission.

Reporting to the board, the ED will oversee governance, finance, development, and giving—building relationships with educators, students, alumni and community volunteers while ensuring compliant, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing nonprofit operations and staff.
• Strong written and verbal communication with the board.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks and CRM software.
• Fundraising and grant-writing experience.
• Ability to develop governance policies and annual plans.
