Job summary

Circana is seeking an Analyst, Consumer Insights (Foodservice) in Chicago, IL. You will support the foodservice team by addressing business questions, creating reports, and servicing a large global account as well as U.S.-based accounts.

You will develop analyses in Excel/PowerPoint, review data across multiple countries, and contribute to revenue goals while increasing Circana’s value for clients. This hybrid role requires strong communication and data skills.

Qualifications

• Experience using MS Office products.
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Experience with Circana data tools is a plus.
• Ability to work with multiple data sets and reporting tools.
• Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the foodservice team in managing day-to-day activities to enhance client relationships, including sharing analyses and training clients to drive adoption of Circana’s data.
• Master the format and structure of multiple databases, maintain definitions, review labels for consistency across databases.
• Build relationships with client contacts, including on-site presence at the client’s headquarters one day per week.
• Partner with account leads and cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that support sale and delivery of Circana’s solutions.
• Understand clients’ strategies and attend/present insights at meetings.
• Proactively identify meaningful trends in Circana’s data and share findings internally and externally.
• Create and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly key insights presentations.
