Job summary

Torch Technologies is seeking a FMS Program Manager to support the AFLCMC/HB and AFPEO/HB with the Japan AWACs program. This hybrid role is onsite at Hanscom AFB, MA with travel to overseas locations as needed. You will lead acquisition planning, manage schedules, and coordinate with U.S.

and international stakeholders. Required are U.S. citizenship, a related bachelor's degree with DoD/DoW experience, and an Active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship
• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with 3 years of relevant experience, 5 of which must be in the DoW OR
• 7 years of experience, including at least 5 years supporting DoW programs.
• Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative techniques to assess FMS program effectiveness.
• Experience developing acquisition documentation, briefings, reports, and program management plans.
• Ability to communicate effectively with government, contractor, and international stakeholders.
• Experience supporting DoW acquisition programs and program office operations.
• Active Secret Security Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Experience with Microsoft Project for scheduling (IMS work).
• Support and develop program status briefings and acquisition task schedules for senior management; assist PARs, reviews and IMP/IMS.
