Job summary

Torch Technologies is seeking a Senior FMS Program Manager to support the AFLCMC/HB E7A and international BM programs from Hanscom AFB, MA. You will provide acquisition and program management across the lifecycle, align with DoW policies, and coordinate with government and international partners.

The role requires DoD program expertise, strong communication, risk management, and leadership of IPTs, with travel up to 20% and onsite work at Hanscom AFB, MA.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Bachelor’s Degree plus 12 years of relevant experience or 15 years with DoW experience.
• Active Secret Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide acquisition and program management support to DoW/FMS programs.
• Ensure cost, schedule, performance objectives are met per DoW policies.
• Develop and coordinate acquisition documentation and briefings.
• Support contract planning, requirements development, risk assessment, and reviews.
• Produce program metrics, reports, and executive communications.
• Coordinate with government, contractor, and international stakeholders.
