McBride Consulting is seeking aSenior Software Product Manager to support the AFLCMC/HB and the FMS Japan AWACs program at Hanscom AFB, MA. The role requires deep product management experience, data-driven decision making, and strong collaboration with analysts, engineers, and UX/UI teams.

The position emphasizes roadmap development, KPI definition, and stakeholder alignment across a complex DoD environment, with hybrid onsite work at Hanscom AFB.

Qualifications

• Citizenship: Must be a US citizen.
• Clearance: Ability to obtain a Secret level clearance.
• Education: BA/BS Degree.
• Years of Experience: 10 years of directly related experience with 5 years in a DoD setting OR 15 years with eight years in a DoD setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing a deep understanding of internal and external customers/stakeholders and their use cases.
• Assist in the definition, monitoring, and communication of KPIs for your product area.
• Assist in creating the product roadmap process and align initiatives with business objectives and metrics.
• Assist in defining and documenting product specifications and user stories for implementation of features.
• Build relationships across the organization to ensure transparency and alignment while maximizing value and minimizing risks.
• Partner with data analysts, data scientists, engineers, UX/UI, and product teammates to execute roadmap objectives.
• Use quantitative and qualitative data to improve the product and impact KPIs.
