Job summary

The Claims Conference is seeking a Database Coordinator to support the Allocations team in managing Fluxx, our grants management software. The role emphasizes proactive problem solving, end-to-end service for global users, and close collaboration with IT and the Fluxx team.

This hybrid position requires a minimum of two days in the office and offers generous benefits. The ideal candidate will bring a bachelor's degree and at least one year of tech support experience, with strong Excel and Word

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of professional experience supporting technologies.
• Proficient in Word and Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, de-duplicating).
• Stellar organizational skills with an eye to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively to users with varying levels of technical knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Acting as business administrator of Fluxx, coordinating and following up on the Department's requirements for upgrades and changes.
• Supporting Allocations staff with use of Fluxx.
• Acting as Tier 1 Support for external user tickets submitted via email or helpdesk system.
• Documenting and updating staff on Fluxx configuration changes, action items, project activities, etc.
• Coordinating with IT system admin on creating new and updating existing letters, emails, dashboards, ad-hoc reports, etc.
• Analyzing enhancement requests and determining priority.
• Creating and updating user manuals and webinars for Fluxx.
• Investigating production issues reported by internal and external users of Fluxx.
• Participating in weekly meetings with Fluxx Customer Success Manager to review and elevate issues.
• Providing training to new staff, and advanced training for existing staff.
• Completing other tasks and special projects as needed.
