Job summary

Dimensional Health Care Associates, Inc. in Baltimore, MD is seeking a Float RN CM/DN to provide delegated nursing and case management across Maryland. This full-time role offers flexible scheduling, with early on-site work and a hybrid arrangement thereafter.

Base salary ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually with potential to earn more through supplemental earnings, mileage reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, tuition reimbursement and a Simple IRA.

Qualifications

• Must have a working smart phone capable of making and receiving calls and emails.
• Current valid compact Maryland RN license.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing care as Delegating Nurse/Case Manager for assigned clients.
• Visit clients initially to assess and develop nursing care plans.
• Conduct interim visits and 45-day reassessments.
• Delegate medication administration to certified Medication Technicians.
• Train staff on nursing care plans and prevent medication errors.
• Support leadership and fill in for caseload coverage across Maryland.
