Job summary

Blue Cross NC is seeking a Senior Technical Project/Program Manager to partner with business owners to define, plan, and deliver technical initiatives through the full project life cycle. You will lead high-complexity programs and coordinate across business and technology partners to ensure timely deliverables.

The role requires mentoring in a heavily matrixed environment and delivering value through collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required).
• 5+ years of experience in related field.
• In lieu of degree, 7+ years of experience in related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical coordination point for high complexity projects and may lead multiple projects concurrently.
• Accountable for ensuring deliverables from business and technology partners are produced and approved according to project schedules.
• Accountable for managing resources from multiple delivery partners within approved hours and scope.
• Mentors and provides feedback to team members in a heavily matrixed environment.
