Job summary

Regency Centers is seeking a Fixed Asset Accountant to join our corporate office in Jacksonville, FL. The role supports fixed asset processes, including posting asset masters, reconciling subledgers to the GL, and preparing depreciation schedules.

This is a hybrid position with three days in-office and two remote days after training. You will review asset acquisitions under ASC 805, process POs, and assist various internal departments with asset-related reporting and ad-hoc analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review weekly unposted activity and create/post Asset Masters; reconcile fixed assets subledger to GL monthly.
• Review Nexus capital asset transactions and create/update purchase orders for deal-related costs.
