Job summary

Arclin's Corporate Headquarters in Alpharetta, GA seeks a Senior Accountant, Corporate Accounting (Fixed Assets) for a hybrid role. You will support fixed asset accounting, depreciation, CIP, and lease accounting, partnering with operations and finance to ensure GAAP-compliant reporting.

The role offers exposure to senior leadership, process improvements, and cross-functional projects with occasional travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting required.
CPA or CPA candidate strongly preferred.
2–5+ years of relevant experience in public accounting and/or industry.
Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and US GAAP.
Strong understanding of ASC 842 and fixed asset accounting transactions.
Experience with ERP systems (JDE or SAP is a plus) and Blackline.
Exposure to or interest in AI tools (e.g., Copilot) preferred.

Responsibilities

Partner with plant engineering, operations, and finance to account for capital projects and fixed asset transactions.
Execute fixed asset accounting processes, including capitalization, transfers, retirements, depreciation, and CIP monitoring.
Support lease accounting activities and related journal entries, reconciliations, and reporting.
Prepare and record journal entries and accruals in line with US GAAP and company policies.
Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes.
Perform account reconciliations and investigate variances.
