The hybrid role involves meeting or exceeding monthly revenue targets via outbound and inbound calls, with opportunities for incentive bonuses within Ascend Learning’s sales programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred for the role.
• 2+ years of sales experience strongly preferred.
• CRM experience preferred to manage customer data.
• Self-motivated and energetic with a drive to succeed.
• Excellent listening and verbal communication with customers.

Responsabilités

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential customers.
• Follow up on leads through the defined process.
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products.
• Notate customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry and products.
• Attend on-site trainings and collaborate with sales channels.
