Job summary

Benepass, Inc. is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to support members across chat, phone, and email. The role reports to a Customer Experience Manager and is based in Chandler with a hybrid 2–3 days onsite schedule per week.

The candidate will balance speed with quality, self-serve using internal tools and AI, and collaborate with Product, Operations, Engineering, and Customer Success to resolve issues. Flexibility for varying shifts is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing support role in a high-volume environment.
• Experience supporting customers across phone, chat, and email.
• Strong verbal and written communication with attention to detail.
• Experience with fintech/payments or regulated industries preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support across chat, phone, and email.
• Manage multiple live chats simultaneously with empathy and accuracy.
• Meet and perform against hourly productivity, SLAs, and quality metrics.
• Become an expert on Benepass products and internal systems.
