Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer-facing support role, preferably high-volume.
• Experience supporting customers across phone, chat, and email channels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple live conversations while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support across chat, phone, and email.
• Confidently manage multiple live chats while maintaining accuracy and empathy.
• Meet hourly productivity, SLAs, and quality metrics.
• Learn Benepass products and internal systems to resolve issues independently.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Engineering, and Customer Success to resolve issues.
• Identify trends and propose process improvements to enhance customer experience.
• Leverage AI tools to improve research, documentation, and problem-solving.
• Maintain and improve internal knowledge docs and resources.
