Qualifications
- University degree in Computer Science, Technology, Accounting or equivalent.
- 5+ years of relevant experience; advanced degree option with 3+ years.
- Experience with Solov software or similar enterprise platforms.
- 5+ years analyzing business processes and requirements.
- Experience in cross-functional teams and coordinating software deployments.
Responsibilities
- Create business requirement documents, use cases, and process maps.
- Design solutions addressing non-standard work and process changes.
- Liaise between business and technical teams for mutual understanding.
- Coordinate with ESBS leads for consistent processes.
- Collaborate with SAP, operations, and business process SMEs.
- Lead testing and validation of proposed solutions.
- Assist in user training and ongoing system support.
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support project management with scheduling and change management.
