Job summary

RTX Corporate, Enterprise Services in Richardson, TX, seeks a contracts analyst to interpret and manage contracts, ensuring accurate SAP entries and proper booking/billing structures. You will collaborate with internal partners and external agencies to resolve discrepancies and ensure compliance with FAR regulations.

The role requires a bachelor's degree in finance/accounting/business, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and at least one year in a corporate setting.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel including formulas and functions.
• Experience producing and modifying Microsoft PowerPoint presentations.
• 1+ year of experience in a corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret contracts and modifications for input into SAP.
• Prepare contract structure to ensure bookings and billings can be processed.
• Interpret and populate data to allow shipments to the Warfighter and other customers.
• Maintain contact with internal partners and external agencies to resolve contract discrepancies.
• Verify contracts are loaded accurately and in compliance with FAR regulations.
• Create and submit invoices to external customers.
• Maintain complex contract reconciliations with internal and external customers.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent experience
