Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-3 years accounting experience preferred.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert for Workday, BlackLine and Planful.
• Administer BlackLine account assignments and validate data.
• Map matching files and set up/maintain matching rules for BlackLine.
• Import subledger files into BlackLine and balance data.
• Assess end-user reporting needs and coordinate resolutions.
• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Serve as a backup for other department staff.
• Assist with semi-annual Workday updates and other system upgrades.
• Develop training materials and present to end users.
• Assist with ad hoc assignments and SOX compliance.
