Qualifications

• Degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics or 3–5 years experience in financial services industry
• 3–5 years of Salesforce Lightning experience
• Awareness and understanding of financial and investment markets
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency using computers and learning systems
• High level user of MS Excel, MS Word, and other MS tools
• Outstanding customer service and relationship management skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain the investment accounting database and oversee the securities safekeeping operations
• Back-office support for Advisory, Brokerage, ALM and Funds Management operations
• Write and run reports, calculate payments, and research discrepancies
• Serve as BondEdge administrator and liaison with BondEdge help desk and investment services
