Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Senior Analyst in a hybrid role to support financial management and operational analysis for key verticals. You will partner with Finance, Client Services, regional managers, and admins to ensure accurate reporting, budgeting, and ad hoc analyses.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in FP&A, controllership, or admin operations, with contract controllership experience and strong Excel skills. JD Edwards and Corrigo experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field; CPA or MBA preferred but not required.
• 5+ years in financial planning & analysis, controllership, or administrative operations.
• Contract controllership experience required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Excel expertise.
• Experience with ERP systems (JD Edwards) and CMMS (Corrigo).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• Knowledge of basic accounting concepts.

Responsibilities

• Contract management to improve margin, mitigate risk, and enhance operational flexibility.
• Execute monthly close processes and variance analysis.
• Educate and coach client services on accounting concepts.
• Create SOPs and identify best practices across portfolio.
• Support client services in master data forms for key clients; ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assist in developing and managing annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
• Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and quarterly business review decks.
• Collaborate with operations to identify financial risks and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Coordinate with legal and finance on contract and billing matters.
• Interface with internal teams and clients to align on expectations.
• Generate reports to track performance metrics for decision-making.
• Provide administrative support to regional managers, planners, and schedulers.
• Maintain professionalism in all communications.
