Job summary

Global Endowment Management, LP in Charlotte, NC seeks an Analyst, Investment Services. Hybrid role with in-office work 3 days/week and possible telecommuting up to 2 days within commuting distance; on-site attendance may be required on short notice.

The role focuses on building portfolio models, dashboards, and performance reporting; automating reporting processes; and assisting with private fund closings, onboarding workflows, and data infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, data analytics, or related field.
• Two years of professional experience in finance, investor relations, investment operations, data analysis, or related field.
• CFA designation or enrolled (Level I within 6 months) and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare internal and external portfolio models, investment dashboards, and performance reporting.
• Automate and streamline reporting and data analytics processes for investment services.
• Assist with private fund closings, investor onboarding, documentation tracking, and subscription processing coordination.
• Support data infrastructure across platforms to support investment workflows.
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements.
• Travel up to 5% for conferences and off-site meetings.
