Job summary

Paychex and Advance Partners are seeking a Financial Analyst to monitor client positions and assess debt collateral, supporting funding and advisory services. The role focuses on analyzing portfolio size, concentration, liens, and credit worthiness to protect Advance's position.

The position requires a Bachelor’s in Finance or related field and strong analytical skills. Training will occur in one of the local offices with a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office, 2 at home) after onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field preferred.
• Ability to analyze data and understand business impact.
• Customer service and teamwork are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client position and its ability to handle current obligations for Advance.
• Research accounts receivable aging and credit worthiness from available data.
• Review transactional information for anomalies affecting Advance's position.
• Identify risk factors promptly and communicate to relevant teams.
• Conduct thorough data research and reporting.
• Prepare and present accurate reports on client base.
• Maintain timely, organized completion of tasks.
• Maintain professional relations with clients and debtors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
