HS Financial Technologies is seeking an Investor Services Administrator for our Dallas, TX hybrid team. You will execute investor service duties under supervision, participating in AML/KYC and client reporting, while coordinating with investors and internal departments.

The role requires a degree in Accounting, Finance, Legal or Business and 0–2 years of experience. Strong communication, analytical skills, and IT literacy are essential for success in this position.

Competenze

• Accounting, Finance, Legal or Business Degree required.
• 0–2 years of experience preferred.
• Flexible in approach and work ethic.
• Focused and results oriented.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team.
• IT literate with strong verbal/written communication.
• Knowledge of Hedge Fund structures and Private Equity is a bonus but not required.

Mansioni

• Review investor transaction instructions and follow up for clarifications.
• Liaise with investors to obtain fully executed instructions and timely subscription proceeds.
• Ensure AML/KYC and FATCA/CRS documentation is provided by investors.
• Input investor transactions on HedgeInvestor® system.
• Reconcile subscription/redemption bank account daily and report discrepancies.
• Prepare wire transfers to Prime Brokers, investors, and for fees.
• Prepare investor and client reports and statements for distribution.
• Handle general investor requests while ensuring communications with authorized persons.
• Distribute fund performance per client requirements.
• Maintain relationships with other HS Financial Technologies departments.
