Huntington National Bank is seeking a Financial Relationship Banker to retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships. You will proactively identify financial goals and needs and recommend suitable deposit, loan, and banking products.

In this role you will provide exceptional service, educate customers on digital banking, and collaborate across bank teams to deepen partnerships. The position emphasizes sales-driven relationship growth within a branch setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 1 year customer service and sales in banking or related field.
• Licenses: background check and fingerprinting as required by NMLS regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through pre-set appointments and referrals.
• Educate and refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.
• Educate customers on using online, mobile, and ATM banking tools.
• Maintain knowledge of products, services, technology, and bank policies.
• Adhere to all operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies.
