Job summary

MetLife is seeking a Financial Education Resource Coordinator to support PlanSmart educational programs across workshops and events. You will coordinate operations, manage data, and report outcomes, partnering with Directors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure a seamless post-event process.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with strong MS Office skills and experience in event coordination.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 2+ years in event coordination, operations, customer service, or administrative support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems, databases, and applications in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize workshop requests and operational activities to meet business objectives and service standards.
• Build and maintain event registration sites, workshop records, and related data within event management systems.
• Partner with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful event execution and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate customer, event, attendance, and participant data, process attendance and survey outcomes.
• Generate and distribute reports and provide operational support to sales teams, leadership, and business partners.
• Support account onboarding, process improvements, documentation, and special projects to enhance operational efficiency.
