Per Scholas is seeking a Financial Coach to support learners and alumni on their journey toward financial stability. This role blends one-on-one coaching, group workshops, and resource navigation to help students overcome barriers during training and successfully transition to employment.

You will document coaching sessions in Salesforce, manage budgets and savings goals, and collaborate with local teams to strengthen financial education offerings.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Active Financial Coaching certification or license required (e.g., AFC®).
• 2–4 years of relevant professional experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one Financial Coaching to Learners and Alumni, focusing on financial goal-setting and long-term wellness.
• Develop, facilitate, and implement engaging Financial Coaching content and workshops.
• Build and maintain relationships with community organizations and government agencies for referrals and support.
• Document all coaching sessions and outcomes in Salesforce; track budget adoption and savings growth.
• Collaborate with teams to enhance wellness programming and alumni engagement.
