Job summary

Fidelity & Guaranty Life seeks an events-focused professional to plan Retail and Internal Events, aligning with Sales and Marketing to drive advisor education and a superior client experience.

You will manage budgets, vendors, and registrations while collaborating with senior leaders to ensure timely, accurate and impactful programs across channels. The role offers flexible in-office, hybrid and remote arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.
• 3+ years in insurance or financial marketing corporate events.
• Experience supporting or within a financial services sales team.
• Knowledge of annuity products and advisor education opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Plan end-to-end Retail & Internal Events and manage the budget and vendors.
• Coordinate with SVP level to deliver high-level advisor experiences.
• Represent F&G to strategic partners for thought leadership and education.
• Manage event registration systems and drive continuous improvement of advisor experience.
