Job summary

MetLife is seeking a Financial Education Resource Coordinator to support PlanSmart education programs by coordinating events, managing workshop setup, and reporting activities. You will work with Program Directors and teams to ensure a seamless workshop experience from setup to post-event reporting.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid role with in-office days required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in event coordination, operations, customer service, or administrative support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and Teams.
• Ability to navigate multiple systems, databases, and applications in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize workshop requests and operational activities to meet business objectives and service standards.
• Build and maintain event registration sites, workshop records, and related data within event management systems.
• Partner with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful event execution and resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate customer, event, attendance, and participant data, process attendance and survey outcomes.
• Generate and distribute reports and provide operational support to sales teams, leadership, and business partners.
• Support account onboarding, process improvements, documentation, and special projects to enhance operational efficiency.
