Job summary

VTech Electronics North America is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the monthly forecasts and annual budget under the direction of the Controller. You will help deliver accurate financial insight to drive business decisions.

The role includes participation in month-end close, preparation of journal entries and financial statements, and ongoing Oracle/ERP and BI reporting enhancements across functions. Hybrid work is allowed, with occasional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of budgeting/forecasting and accounting in distribution or manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree desirable; CPA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Capture and report monthly forecasts and annual budget.
• Participate in month-end close and prepare journal entries.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and analyses.
• Coordinate quarterly tax credit schedules for Hong Kong Finance.
• Maintain Product/Landed Cost files in Oracle; ensure costs are accurate.
• Promote ERP/Oracle and BI reporting usage.
• Incorporate key financial metrics to validate data.
• Identify process improvements using existing systems.
• Work hybrid with in-office days as required.
• Travel as needed up to 5%.
