Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.
• Minimum of two years of full-time accounting or financial experience.
• GAAP knowledge and experience with financial reporting preferred.

Aufgaben

• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations aligning cash with general ledger.
• Manage escheatment and asset recovery processes, including unclaimed property compliance.
• Review debt terms, invoices and documents to determine GAAP accounting treatment.
• Utilize Excel for amortization schedules, payment schedules and accruals.
• Post journal entries ensuring GAAP compliance and policy alignment.
• Prepare variance analyses and interpret underlying transactions from debits/credits.
• Coordinate with auditors and SEC/regulatory teams; support filings.
• Provide documentation and clear text descriptions for accounting work.
• Participate in cross-functional projects related to system improvements and process changes.
• Assist with SOX compliance and control documentation.
• Build relationships across Company departments; share accounting knowledge.
