Legence is seeking a highly detail-oriented SEC Financial Reporting Manager to join our Corporate Finance team. The role supports SEC reporting, transaction and compliance activities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to US GAAP and SEC standards.

This position partners with teams to deliver high-quality reporting and audit readiness in a dynamic, growth-focused environment. Located in our Houston office, this hybrid role requires a CPA and 4–7+ years combined public accounting and corporate SEC

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
• CPA certification required or active CPA status.
• 4–7+ years of combined public accounting and corporate SEC reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and footnotes per US GAAP and SEC rules.
• Prepare tie-out packages and quality control for SEC filings.
• Support development and maintenance of reporting schedules and ad hoc reports for leadership.
• Ensure consistency across multi-entity consolidation reporting.
