RTX Corporation in Tucson, AZ is seeking a hybrid Financial Analyst to support ESSM program efforts, focusing on EAC coordination, cost and schedule tracking, and proposals. This role offers exposure to Engineering Services and Design Agent contracts with security clearance requirements.

You will collaborate with program managers and functional teams, leverage SAP BW and MS Office, and help develop long-range plans while ensuring alignment with budgets and forecasts.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field.
• Experience interfacing with Engineering, Supply Chain, Contracts, Operations.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to obtain and maintain US security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate EAC (Estimate at Complete) activities.
• Manage cost/schedule progress vs budgets and forecasts monthly.
• Support annual proposals and contract baselines.
• Assist in Long Range Plan development.
• Maintain EVMS and perform variance analyses.
• Interact with program managers and cross-functional leaders.
