Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2 years of experience in financial aid, student support, or college access programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with diverse student populations.
• Familiarity with financial aid management software and systems.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all aspects of financial aid for an assigned caseload of undergraduate students and applicants.
• Provide personalized financial aid counseling to students and families.
• Conduct financial aid presentations for prospective and enrolled students; participate in recruitment events.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional regulations; stay updated on regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with academic advisors and other departments to support student success and retention.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
