Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required.

• Two years of accounting-related work experience required.
• Fund accounting experience considered a plus; SAP experience preferred.
• Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) expected.

Aufgaben

• Maintain account journals, reconcile ledgers/funds, and prepare financial statements.
• Perform variance analysis, budgeting support, and internal auditing tasks.
• Analyze financial data and prepare management reports and projections.
• Post accounting documents and support internal controls.
• Oversee inventory controls and liaise with internal/external customers.
• Collaborate with faculty on effort allocation and expense compliance.
