The Financial Administrator 2 position in the Natural Sciences Division at the University of Cincinnati offers a hybrid work arrangement (3 days in the office/2 days at home) after a training period, with residence within OH/IN/KY in reach of UC's Main Campus. • Bachelor’s Degree must be in accounting or related work.
• Six (6) years of relevant work experience and/or other specialized training can be used in lieu of education requirement.
• Two (2) years of finance or accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor fiscal administrative duties.
• Assist in the development of unit policies and procedures.
• Monitor the financial status of unit programs and other budget allocations.
• Implement policies to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Prepare reports.
• Coordinate personnel transactions for unit.
• Coordinate and correct timekeeping and/or payroll processing for organizational unit.
• Perform related duties based on departmental need.
