Ocean Spray is hiring for a Finance Development Program Analyst in Lakeville, MA. This hybrid role begins September 2027 and runs through September 2030, with three 12-month rotations across Commercial, Operations and Corporate finance.

You'll receive mentorship, formal training and on-the-job development to build financial and leadership skills while contributing to the co-op's goals. Eligible new grads with accounting/finance degree and internship experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance completed before the program start date.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• A minimum of one relevant internship and/or co-op experience.
