Ocean Spray's Finance Development Program Analyst is a hybrid, Lakeville, MA-based program offering three-year rotations across Commercial, Operations and Corporate finance. Participants gain mentorship, targeted training, and hands-on experience to develop finance leadership capabilities.

Recent graduates with a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, a 3.0+ GPA, and at least one internship are invited to apply; the program starts Sep 2027 and runs through Sep 2030.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Required)
• GPA 3.0 or higher (Required)
• At least 1 internship/co-op experience (Required)

Responsibilities

• Rotations across Finance functions: Commercial, Operations, Corporate.
• Mentorship and formal training for leadership development.
• Present contributions to executive leadership after rotations.
