Ocean Spray is seeking a Grower Finance – Financial Operations Specialist in a hybrid role based in Lakeville, MA or Seaport Boston, MA with Mondays and Fridays remote. The role supports payment processing, equity issuances and redemptions, and tax reporting for grower-owners, collaborating with Finance, Legal and Agricultural Supply teams.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, strong MS Office skills, analytical abilities, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year of experience preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Supports or executes payment activities for Grower-Owners.
• Handles equity transactions for Grower-Owners.
• Responds to grower-owner inquiries with timely, accurate information.
• Assists with governance and compliance tasks.
