Massachusetts Department of Transportation seeks a Finance, Contracts and Reporting Coordinator (Program Coordinator III) to oversee fiscal, contracting and reporting activities within the Highway Division. You will work with budget, encumbrances, and procurement processes to support operations across the Commonwealth.

The role requires strong analytical skills, experience in program coordination, and the ability to manage multiple contracts and financial documents with accuracy and timeliness.

Qualificações

• Applicants must have at least four years of full-time, or equivalent part-time, professional, administrative or managerial experience in business administration, business management or public administration, with major duties involving program management, program administration, program coordination, program planning and/or program analysis, and at least one year in a supervisory capacity.
• Substitutions: a BA/BS can substitute for up to two years of the required experience; a graduate degree may substitute for up to three years; a degree in a non-specified major may substitute for up to one year.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate fiscal, contract and reporting activities for highway operations programs and activities.
• Provide guidance and technical assistance on fiscal documents, contracts and administrative activities.
• Assist with budget development, encumbrances and spending plans for all appropriations.
• Develop and monitor payments, master agreements and vendor contracts.
• Generate real-time budget, encumbrance and payment reports for management.

Formação académica

Bachelor's degree in business administration/public administration

Graduate degree in business administration/public administration
